Payment terms and Cancellations

For reservations of the whole house, once you receive our confirmation on availability, you must pay 25% of the total amount by money transfer to our bank account or using a credit card with the Paypal system on the internet,  that offers the maximum safety. 

If a reservation will be cancelled 15 days prior to the foreseen arrival, The Dreaming House will keep the anticipated payment (25% of total amount) as indemnity. 

For cancellations within 16 days prior to arrival, The Dreaming House will pay back 50% of the total amount paid. For cancellations within 30 days prior to arrival the anticipated amount will be paid back fully.

Double room single use:  50 € per room per night B&B

 

Rental entire house B&B (sleeps 6, three double bedrooms, kitchen, living room wih fireplace, little private garden, two bathrooms):

  • 3 nights: 345 € instead of 540 € (115 € per night, about 19 € per night and person)
  • 7 nights: 700 € instead of 1260 € (100 € per night, about 16 € per night and person)

The prices include cleaning and linen changed on arrival and departure and the products for preparing your breakfast (tea, coffee, milk, marmelade, bisquits...)

The price includes the following services and equipment:

Kitchen: electric oven, a gas cooker, fridge-freezer, pots, crockery, cutlery and wipers, washing machine and iron.

Common living room: wood burning fireplace, library with books in German, English and Spanish.

Bathrooms: shower, hair dryer, linens and soaps. 

Optional (prices per person):

  • Typical Tuscan breakfast: 10 €
  • Lunch or dinner with cooking course of Tuscan and Umbrian food: 45 €
  • Tasting of wines and typical products of Tuscany and Umbria: 25 €

Extra cleaning (prices per day):

  • Entire house: € 60
  • Two double bedrooms: € 40
  • One double bedroom: € 30
